Back Ordered or Out of Stock Items
If, on the very rare occasion, an item from your order is no longer in stock, you will be notified immediately and given a full refund. If the item is on back order and expected to be in stock within 7 days or less, you will have the option to keep the order open. These items will then ship on the same day that the item becomes available.
All returns must be pre-authorized before being shipped back. All returned products must be in the original condition and packaging - unworn and unused with all tags still attached. Any returned item that does not meet the above requirements will not be granted a refund. All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment.
In the case of defective merchandise, returns are dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
