Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

A Note About Our Handmade Products

Each of the handcrafted products offered in our store is unique, so there may be slight variations from the images you see on our website. We do our best to represent and describe each piece as accurately as possible, but please read the description carefully, and if you have any specific questions about a product, feel free to contact us before placing an order.

Many of the woven fabrics used to make our Fair Trade cotton products are weaved in the traditional methods of either foot loom or back-strap loom, depending on the product and origin. These skills are typically passed down from generation to generation, and many of these artisan weavers devote all day to their craft. Due to the hand-woven process, there may be slight imperfections in the fabric.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

If you purchased an item through one of our marketplace stores (Amazon, Etsy, eBay, etc.), the receipt will be on file with the marketplace. If you purchased from us directly your receipt will be emailed to your registered email address. You may also contact us should you not be able to locate your receipt.

How can I return an item?

If you purchased an item through one of our vendors or marketplaces such as Amazon, Etsy, or eBay, you will need to initiate the return through their system.

You may return new, unopened, and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return an item, simply contact us with the order number, item description, and reason for return. We will process your refund within three (3) business days of receiving your return.

Returns for defective merchandise are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we are happy to provide free return shipping for defective merchandise.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We restock items on a continual basis. If you see an item marked as "out of stock" please contact us for availability. It is likely we have one in our warehouse or store and the data isn't yet updated on the website.

If, on the very rare occasion, an item from your order is no longer in stock, you will be notified immediately and given a full refund. If the item is on back order and expected to be in stock within 7 days or less, you will have the option to keep the order open. These items will then ship on the same day that the item becomes available.
